Beth Dundervill-Ripa, a native of Fairfax County, has lived in the Virginia Beach area for the past 22 years. She has over 18 years of licensed real estate experience in the Hampton Roads area, to include 3 years with Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties on the island of Oahu. She holds the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) real estate designation. During her first year as a sales associate, she was the Long & Foster "Rookie of the Year" for the entire Hampton Roads region - a most notable achievement which reflects her commitment to excellence and professionalism.
