About Beth

Beth has been a resident of DeLand since 1986 and started working with Swann Real Estate in 2005. Prior to joining Swann Real Estate, Beth worked as a Certified Paralegal. Her husband is Principal of St. Barnabas Episcopal School and an agent with Swann Real Estate. Together, they have four children, all raised in the DeLand area.

Beth has her Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) Certification and enjoys helping sellers that are struggling with their mortgages. In addition to helping sellers and buyers with their real estate needs, Beth is the assistant to Todd Swann, Broker, and Owner.
