Hi! Beth Stauffer is your agent, and this is her story. She grew up in the beautiful state of Arkansas. After high school, she enlisted in the United States Air Force, which took her all over the country as a ground radar technician and technical training instructor. She loved her time in the Air Force, and she learned so much. She also met her handsome husband of many years, John, who is also an Air Force veteran. After six years in the rank of staff sergeant, she left the Air Force to be a stay-at-home mom to her oldest son, Dawson, and her husband began a career in nursing. Our second son, J.C., came along a few years later, and she decided to home-school them both. While instructing her children, she used her GI Bill benefits to further her own education. She subsequently earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and a master’s degree in organizational leadership. Home-schooling also allowed our family the flexibility to go on many adventures. In 2015, we sold our two houses and all our belongings to live on a sailboat in Puget Sound near Seattle. We lived on a beautiful 48-foot Jonmeri pilothouse, setting sail for San Diego in 2016. We quickly fell in love with America’s Finest City and decided to make it our permanent home. After 15 years of being a stay-at-home mom, she began her career in real estate. She joined a wonderful team of agents and mentors, and she fell in love with her exciting career. She loves helping people buy and sell homes, and she goes out of her way to create a smooth process for everyone involved. She specializes in residential real estate and investment properties. She would love to hear your story, get to know you, and talk about how she can help with all your real estate needs in the San Diego area.
