I guess you could say I have real estate running in my blood. My entire family has been involved in investment properties for longer then I have been alive. They own mostly residential rental units but there is one restaurant that my grandfather built on the wharf in California. Today my family owns the building, while another runs the restaurant. From Hawaii to the Lake Norman area, they have done it.
I started my career in property management here locally in Mooresville, NC. I managed upwards of 100 properties owned by individuals. The rent ranged in price between $450-$3500 per month. I then grew my knowledge in another area, as a Real Estate Paralegal. Working as a Real Estate Paralegal I gained a vast knowledge of title work, surveys and every step of the closing procedures. Each avenue taught me life lessons and gave me the experience to enter the Real Estate world as a knowledgeable Realtor. Today I help my clients find better ways to market and sell their properties. I provide the knowledge and experience you need to navigate the process of buying and selling your home.
My husband and I have two boys that are our laughter at the end of a long day. We are an active family. We love walking the dogs, summer days on the lake and the mountains in the fall. We share our home with three dogs; two boxers and one Border Collie mix from Ryan Newman’s Rescue Ranch.
I love to volunteer my extra time. During soccer season I assist with my son’s soccer team through SISA. In the past I helped build Hope Park through our local YMCA and have recently signed up to help the American Heart Association with Jump Rope for Heart and the Iredell County Heart Ball.
