I’m Bethany Cornelison, a Myrtle Beach REALTOR® with over 21 years of experience helping buyers and sellers achieve their coastal living goals. Originally from Louisville, KY, I relocated to North Myrtle Beach then to Myrtle Beach in 1993 and quickly fell in love with the Grand Strand coastal lifestyle. Since then, I’ve been proud to build a career as a multi-million-dollar producer, guiding clients through every step of their real estate journey.

This is the 5th home I’ve owned and Bethany exceeded every other realtor I had worked with. Bethany is skilled in all the necessary ways for success as a realtor, from working with clients and understanding their needs, marketing properties, staging, all the financial aspects related to a sale or purchase, and helping the client stay focused on the important issues. She talked me off the ledge several times, 6 years ago she helped us buy the condo we called home since then when coming from Boston to the Grand Strand, and she just helped us close the sale of that condo as we get ready for our next adventure in Greenville, SC. She always keeps a calm head, and gets the job done. We consider her family now, I only wish her turf included Greenville! Thanks Bethany!
