I had been talking about buying a home for over a year and Bethany helped me do just that in a couple of months time. As a first time homebuyer I was anxious about the whole process, Bethany was a calming voice and addressed my many questions/concerns in a kind and professional manner. Bethany was an amazing realtor. She was quick to respond to questions, patient about the needs of my somewhat complex situation. Personally helped with staging, got my home listed quickly and had an open house the first weekend after. Within 10 days it was under contract and the process remained smooth under her guidance. Plus Bethany is high energy and a pleasure to be around.

I cannot recommend Bethany enough for your next home buying experience. She is very attune to each client's needs and desire, budget, and makes great recommendations on homes or neighborhoods you may not have yet considered. She was very knowledgeable on financing options for our first home, and even helped us find good neighbors once the house next to us went for sale. You will not be disappointed!

Bethany first helped me to sell my updated home in 2016, and has since helped me to both purchase a fixer upper, and to buy land to build new. Her decades of firsthand experience with renovating her own properties- and being an investor- is incredibly valuable for newbies! She's got a great personality, is fun to work with, and an excellent communicator. Highly recommend!!

Bethany is an incredibly professional, kind, and hard-working agent who wants to make sure her clients' needs are being met. She is willing to spend as much time as she needs to showing homes, explaining the process, and getting answers to questions! Bethany was EXCELLENT for us as first-time home buyers. She took our dream and made it a reality! Bethany is very knowledgeable about the Indianapolis market, great communicator and very flexible when working with us to show us homes. She was friendly and helpful in answering any and all of our questions. She got to know us and what we wanted out of our house and she passionately searched for the perfect home for us until we found it! Throughout the whole process she was patient with us and a great help. Overall, she's an all-star!

Bethany is very well versed in the Fountain Square neighborhood and knows the "who's who" of renovators and influencers in the area. This was my first time going through the home buying experience and she helped me find the house of my dreams (below budget!). Bethany is respectful of budgets and the "wants, needs, and nice to haves" on my list. She's been very patient through the whole process and walked me through some of the confusing paperwork. I've since recommended her to all of my friends looking for homes in the area. I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent!
