Real Estate Sales became my career and passion in January of 1992. I have worked with Relocation Clients, Investment Clients, First Time Buyers,Move Up and Move Down Clients, Seniors,Military Clients, Land Sales,Owner-Builders, Clients who want sustainable existing properties and guidance to become energy efficient property owners virtually all over San Diego County. Over the years,I have developed a proficiency representing and negotiating terms for both buyers& sellers.Obtaining my BS degree in Social Work and Sociology from Pfeiffer University was just the beginning of my quest for continuing education to always learn something new.Annually I update or obtain new real estate designations or pursue my personal interests which include quilting,sailing,personal development and business acumen. I have been involved with the Ramona PTA,The Ranch Bernardo Senior Centers,I have been a member of three Board of Directors of For Profit Organizations as well as continuously been a committee member of various committees at the SWYC with the most recent being the Membership CoChair.I pursued Landmark Education courses for 10 years and still continue to volunteer. Additionally, I am a Certified Compass Feng Shui Consultant which means I bring "Out of the Box" thinking to listings, I have studied the USGBC LEED principals and Build IT GREEN standards both of which I applied when I built my own home.
