If you want the best realtor in Colorado, choose Betsy Moser. Have known her for years. We recently decided we better buy another house with this crazy market. She located a needle in a hay stack property and pushed it all the way to the finish line. We are moving into the our in under 35 days. Highly recommend.

I have worked with Betsy Moser on three transactions in the last six years. She is very good at what she does and can walk through your home and give recommendations on what to do prior to listing. She stays on top of all paperwork. Two of the three homes sold to the very first buyers who walked through the door. I highly recommend her.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Betsy Moser. She is a very personable and knowledgeable realtor. After giving her the specs we were looking for, she created a list of homes for us to see that had all the things we wanted. Moving here from New York, we had a lot of questions. Betsy was able to answer all questions in addition to giving us valuable information on things we hadn’t even thought of. Everyday Betsy was energetic and ready to show us as many homes as we wanted to see. Betsy stayed with us during the entire home buying process with total communication. Betsy has always taken care of me. She helped me buy my first house, she helped me sell that house, she helped me by a new house, and sell investment properties. All of this was throughout Thornton, Broomfield, Westminster, and Arvada. She is always been on top of everything going on, knows her markets, and listens to all of our wants and needs.
