She recommended a wonderful stager and a thorough home inspector, and was available to be at the house for both. She really shows her clients that she cares for them, not just empty talking and polite smiles. Highly recommend and would definitely hire her again!

If you are looking for a realtor that will go to bat for you then we highly recommend Betsy! With her expert advice she helped us secure a beautiful home that is a perfect fit for us. Her knowledge of the different neighborhoods, as well as, the different floor plans in Bayside was very helpful in our home buying decision. But, what we found most impressive was that even after the sale Betsy was completely available to answer any questions and help with any situation that might arise! We have worked with several realtors throughout the years and Betsy has by far been the best to work with!

We worked with Betsy in our search for a home in the Bethany Beach area, and we are very appreciative of her hard work on our behalf. She came highly recommended from someone we trust.

In today's market, the buyer's agents have their work cut out for them. It's extremely competitive and the search can be discouraging at times. Nevertheless, Betsy worked tirelessly on our behalf. She took the time to learn what we were looking for, and would call us the second a new listing came on the MLS. Since we live 3 hours away, she was willing to drop everything to go see a property on our behalf or on Facetime. Overall, she was very engaged in the search, which is crucial to navigating today's market.

When we finally found our "dream home," she provided sound advice on how to approach the offer process in order to give us a leg up. Thanks to her guidance, we closed on our dream home 3 weeks later.

Over the 6 months we worked with Betsy, she became part of the family and we enjoyed seeing her on every trip to Delaware.

Our experiences with Betsy should be how every real estate transaction should be. I would not hesitate to use her again.

We were introduced to Betsy Perry as a realtor through a family and friend connection, and once we started working with her we quickly realized how we had made the best choice possible for a realtor. While there MAY be other realtors in the Bayside/Fenwick Island/Bethany Beach/Rehoboth areas that are on par with Betsy, I can guarantee there are NONE that are better!

Betsy was extremely dedicated to our search and listened very closely to what we were looking for. Obviously through online channels like Zillow, we are able to do home searches from anywhere, but it was once Betsy fully appreciated what we were looking for that she was able to tighten our search for the best fit for us.

Admittedly we narrowed our search to the beautiful community of Bayside fairly quickly but as a long-time owner within the community, Betsy was able to provide first-hand knowledge of the community and all it has to offer. We soon gained confidence that our choice of community was perfect for us. We then pretty quickly identified a condo that seemed just right, even though we did not initially see ourselves as "condo people". Betsy was tireless in fielding our countless texts, emails, calls and questions regarding everything to do with the purchase. She also provided numerous referrals for services or other things we were looking for and recommended a mortgage banker who got our loan approved and closed in record time.

Betsy also offered her garage as our informal storage space as we had numerous packages delivered to her to ensure our move included various things to help get us up and running quickly. She was eager to help when our mattresses and frames were delivered, even to the point of waiting nearby our unit and then coming inside to help guide the crew that was delivering and setting everything up. Thankfully we all had real live beds to sleep in mere hours after settlement.

Betsy has a very cheerful personality and outlook that is infectious and really helped us move through the process and become even more convinced we were making the right decision.

We are still a long way from getting our condo set up the way we really want it for the long run, but for now it very much feels like home and we are so thankful to Betsy for helping to guide us through this amazing experience.
