Bev Garrity

Bev has been fortunate to call Pawleys Island home since 1999. Originally from Maine, she moved here after accompanying her husband while he served in the U.S. Army, in Germany. Their return to the United States brought them to South Carolina and eventually Pawleys Island.

Bev has spent 20 years in the Real Estate industry. Half of that time with Trammell Crow Residential, managing both operational and new construction properties. This solid foundation instilled a strong work ethic and ability to work seamlessly with owners, customers, and clients. She has been with the Litchfield Company/Lachicotte since 2012 and has developed a firm grasp of real estate as it relates to home ownership and investment property.
