Bianca was excellent. Purchasing in DC can be overwhelming, and she helped us navigate the competitive DC market with ease. She is an expert on the DC market literally down to the differences between streets/blocks. She listens! We told her our non-negotiables for purchasing our house and she presented us with thoughtful and workable options. Her calm, kind, and logical disposition were invaluable and helped calm our anxiety. We never felt pushed to quickly buy as it's not just about the "sale" for her.
