I had a great experience with Bianca. Very professional!

I had a excellent experience with Bianca. She came in with knowledge and drive without making me feel pressured at all. She knew what she was talking about. Explained all aspects of what I would be going thru. Made clear and convenient appointments and sold my home in the first 2 days.

When I had questions, which I have MANY she answered promptly and if she wasn't 100% she got back to me within an hour or less. I never felt I was pushed off or unavailable to her. I would highly recommend Bianca.

She also then helped me find the home I'm on now and at a time that there was low inventory and prices jumping.

I had been looking for a rental home for a very long time and had even spoken to a few other agents who were unable to help me find anything, as the rental market "is crazy" at the moment. Bianca didn't hesitate to offer her help, sending me listings, coordinating with listing agents and showing me an available unit in person. She is wonderful to work with, kind and quick to respond. When I am in the position to purchase, I will definitely contact Bianca and I would recommend anyone looking for a home whether renting or buying, to contact her!

This was my second time buying a house. I was young and naive with my first experience and quickly realized how unprofessional the agents were after moving in. I swore I wouldn't make the same mistake twice. Bianca was a joy to work with and had my best interests at heart, unlike the previous agent I worked with 20 years earlier. When the offer from a different buyer fell through, Bianca reached out to see if I was still interested in the house. I'm grateful that she did and am now living in a house that checked off numerous things on my list of must haves and even some from my list of would be nice to haves. Quite happy with the whole experience!
