the Coastal Community. She has successfully represented clients from diverse multi-cultural

as helping the less fortunate. She is involved in various non-profit organizations and is an active

I would recommend Bianca Torrence for any residential real estate transaction. I met Bianca when purchasing our condominium in Malibu. Bianca was prompt, courteous, and effective. She found items that would affect the value of the property and had them corrected in escrow immediately. Bianca is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate.
We closed escrow successfully in only 10 days. In the future, I will list with her when we are ready to sell.
