Bill helped us sell two homes. Both of which sold in the blink of an eye. He helped us buy our current home. We did not list our home for sale until after we had an accepted offer in on our new home. This put us under a little pressure, but Bill made it easy. Jumped right to it. Gave us advice on what to do to get our home sold. We took the advice and our home was sold. We closed on selling our home and purchasing our new home at the same time. It was fantastic. Thank you Bill Adams for your help through what could have been the scariest times of our lives.

My advice.... let the professionals do what they do best. Hire an agent to help buy or sell your home.
