Bill Cecil

Bill Cecil has been a full-time real estate professional since 1995 and a Managing Broker for much of that time. He is a certified Real Estate Instructor and one of the first agents in Washington State to be recognized as a Certified Short Sale Negotiator (CSSN). He has extensive training in Real Estate law, consumer protection, Finance/Lending, and Business Practices.

Bill Cecil is a long-time member of the National Association of Realtors Ethics Committee. He serves on several boards and foundations whose goal is to aid and support for communities and families in need. Bill Cecil has volunteered his services in Costa Rica, Guatemala, Vietnam, India, Iran, Burma, Seattle and in Mississippi following Katrina. During these projects he has built and repaired homes, taught English, as well as distributed health and safety supplies. These experiences have proven to him repeatedly, “everyone” wants the same: a better life for the family, health and understanding.
