Bill Crosby

I grew up in a beach town up north so St. Augustine was a perfect fit for me. I moved to St. Augustine in 2002 and live 3 blocks from the beach - about the same distance from the beach where I grew up.
I list and sell real estate in the greater St. Augustine area and specialize in real estate on Anastasia Island.
I graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in marketing administration and went into retail management. Previous to becoming a REALTOR in 2003, I had two computer companies in Phoenix, AZ.
My 2nd year with Century 21 (my 3rd year as a Realtor) I achieved the Masters Emerald Award.
My designations include SFR (NAR's Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource), REO Specialist, BPO Specialist, Accredited Short Sale Designation, Luxury Distressed Property Designation, and Certified HAFA Specialist.
I'm active on our St. Johns Board of Realtors serving on the Technical & the Affiliated Committees.
