Bill showed me many houses in 2021 during the hottest market in recent history. He took his time and scheduled several showings in a day, came prepared with information on each house and gave me insight on the quality of the home. Bill is connected with many contractors that give him incredible rates and he's able to have repairs taken care of at reasonable prices so that both buyer and seller can walk away from the deal happy. Bill helps you through the buying, selling, and closing processes of a home and is very knowledgeable in each aspect of the home buying process. I would gladly work with him again in the future and I highly recommend him.

My fiancé and I are first-time homebuyers, and didn't quite know what to expect from the homebuying process. Admittedly, I came into the process expecting realtors to give off a "used car salesman" vibe, willing to say or do anything to make a sale. That notion went out the window immediately when we met Bill. He has a background in construction, and was able to give us insights on the craftsmanship of some of the listings we viewed, as well as opinions on opportunities to improve spaces. He was very responsive throughout the process, and went above and beyond on multiple occasions to help us find our home. We could not have asked for a better agent to work with, and I have no hesitation recommending him to anyone buying or selling a home.

Bill is the ultimate professional. He adds extra value by having a contractor background so when I bought my house that was a flip, he was able to advise on the quality and condition of the work which ultimately led me to purchase the home. He also was able to negotiate for the seller to pay a portion of my closing costs. He was quick to answer questions and navigate through the buying process. I highly recommend Bill for any purchase

Being a first time homebuyer, it was helpful to have someone like Bill who has a contracting background and was able to point out necessary repairs and give an estimate on how much it would cost. I cannot imagine navigating this process without someone with the encylopedia-like knowledge that Bill had. He was a true pleasure to work with and was always available. His impeccable organization and list of contacts made the entire home buying process easy from beginning to end. I cannot recommend Bill enough. Made my homebuying experience a breeze. Even after the sale was done, Bill offered to fix the small problems in the house with his handyman experience. Such a dual threat that I would suggest either as a realtor or a Mr. Fix-it.
