Bill was the most honest, reliable and professional Realator I have met. He by far does not push sale and many times we dissected a home and talked about pros and cons and what would be worth it or not. His background in contracting makes him super knowledgeable as for that is my background aswell!! Would recommend bill to everyone as I do!!!

After reading a recommendation on a web forum about Bill and his background in contracting, we decided to give him a call, and it was a fantastic decision. In terms of negotiations, he was insightful, listened and made whatever offer adjustments we wanted (other agents flat out refused in the past.) Bill helped us with a first time home purchase, making it clear and easy to navigate a new and confusing process. We had some uncertainties post-inspection and some concerning maintenance issues - but Bill’s contracting knowledge was indispensable, which made us more comfortable and less worried about handling the repairs. Things he noted and pointed out as issues and solutions initially were repeated later by the inspector. He was quick to point out smart suggestions for improvements that we could easily and reasonably make. In terms of personality, Bill wasn’t pushy, wasn’t impatient, and was willing to go the extra mile. He has a friendly and casual approach, backed up by a lot of knowledge. Working together felt more like we had a partner and teammate rather than someone who was just trying to make a sale. Thanks to Bill, we ended up in a solid house in a great location that’s going to be a wonderful place to live.

I have never met anyone as professional, dedicated, hardworking, honest, and kind as Bill, someone who goes above and beyond to help his clients and everyone he meets.

Bill has gone out of his way, to help me purchase my first property - a single-family home to flip.
As an out-of-country investor, he made me feel at ease and confident throughout the entire process. From the very first phone call during the assessment of the house, throughout the renovation, and ultimately selling it for the exact desired price - all in a challenging and changing market.

Bill helped everything go exactly according to plan, and did so much more than expected that I was left speechless. I can’t thank him enough and I’m not sure where I would be without his guidance.

Bill showed me many houses in 2021 during the hottest market in recent history. He took his time and scheduled several showings in a day, came prepared with information on each house and gave me insight on the quality of the home. Bill is connected with many contractors that give him incredible rates and he's able to have repairs taken care of at reasonable prices so that both buyer and seller can walk away from the deal happy. Bill helps you through the buying, selling, and closing processes of a home and is very knowledgeable in each aspect of the home buying process. I would gladly work with him again in the future and I highly recommend him.

My fiancé and I are first-time homebuyers, and didn't quite know what to expect from the homebuying process. Admittedly, I came into the process expecting realtors to give off a "used car salesman" vibe, willing to say or do anything to make a sale. That notion went out the window immediately when we met Bill. He has a background in construction, and was able to give us insights on the craftsmanship of some of the listings we viewed, as well as opinions on opportunities to improve spaces. He was very responsive throughout the process, and went above and beyond on multiple occasions to help us find our home. Being a first time homebuyer, it was helpful to have someone like Bill who has a contracting background and was able to point out necessary repairs and give an estimate on how much it would cost. I cannot imagine navigating this process without someone with the encylopedia-like knowledge that Bill had. He was a true pleasure to work with and was always available.
