Bill Drury

With 25 years experience as a contractor, Bill helps his real estate clients not only with what they can see, but with what they can’t see as well. In addition to assisting clients with their commercial, industrial and residential real estate needs, Bill has helped design and build a 150-acre residential development in Spencer County. Although he was raised in Jefferson County, Bill now resides in Spencer County with his wife, Sandy, and children, Brandon and Stephanie. He serves as a Magistrate on Spencer County’s Fiscal Court and is Vice President of the Kentucky Magistrates & Commissioners Association. He has had extensive training on issues involving planning and zoning and governmental affairs. As President and Chairman of the Taylorsville Lake Conservation Association, Bill works to promote a safe and clean environment for families. Bill is a volunteer a volunteer for Seven Counties Services and several other volunteer agencies in Spencer County. In his spare time, Bill enjoys diving and dancing to the blues with his wife Sandy.
