Free from big broker limitations he can now truly represent 100% of each client's best interests in every transaction. He has successfully leased over 2700 apartment, condominiums, houses and retail storefronts and have closed over $100,000,000 in San Francisco sales transactions since 2011.

He is a rental valuation expert and can advise on how to maximize an investment properties potential income. No one matches my knowledge of the local rental market in's and out's. Currently, he is only taking new clients who are qualified buyers of residential and residential investment properties within the city of San Francisco.
