My husband and I met Bill while putting in an offer on another home. His friendliness made us feel comfortable with him almost immediately and his professionalism quickly gained our trust. Though we did not get that home, Bill so graciously continued to work with us. We searched in a couple of different locations at a time. From Kissimmee to Deltona Bill remained professional, positive, and available throughout the entire experience despite the obstacles.This market is a challenging one, and we consider ourselves fortunate to have had someone with Bill's expertise by our side. In the end, we wound up purchasing a home we fell head over heels for through a renovation loan. This process is a bit different than a traditional home buying process and once again Bill was a consistent source of assistance. Not only did Bill speak to the seller about accepting our offer though the seller was looking for all cash, he helped keep things moving forward, and he even negotiated the appliances for us. We are beyond grateful. Don't hesitate to give Bill Herlihy a call. You won't regret it!

01/28/2017 - shaley1997 We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Aberdeen, Boynton Beach, FL 33472 Bill was very helpful and responded whenever I called him. He was knowledgeable and eager to help, but it just didn't work out. I would definitely call him in the future. We decided to stay where we are for the present time. This was not at all due to the response we received from Bill, but rather personal in nature

Bill has consistently provided new home choices and he has answered questions that I have very timely. He is eager to help to do what he can and if he doesn't have an answer at that exact time, he will check on it and get back to you. We haven't bought a home yet so I cannot accurately respond to his negotiation skills noted above and didn't want it to be negatively received so I gave him 3 stars
