About Bill
Bill Jagoe is Co-Owner of Jagoe Homes, a third-generation, family-owned homebuilding company based in Owensboro, Kentucky. Together with his brother Scott, Bill has played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint while upholding its long-standing commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction—a tradition that began with their grandfather, Carlos Jagoe Sr., in 1939.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Construction Technology from Murray State University. With a strong foundation in both the business and technical aspects of homebuilding, he helps lead Jagoe Homes’ strategic planning, construction operations, and community development initiatives. Under his leadership, the company has delivered more than 9,000 homes and continues to set the standard for excellence in residential construction across the region.
