About Bill

Born and raised outside of Syracuse, New York, Bill was brought up in the custom home business. As soon as he could walk, he was pushing a broom around construction sites watching quality homes being built from the ground up.

After college, and a 6 year stint of living, working, and playing in and around Vail, Colorado, Bill made the move to Hilton Head Island, SC. After 15 years in the Lowcountry he has yet to miss the snow, ice, slush and sleet even once.

Bill’s wife, Wendy, is Director of Fitness & Aquatics at Sea Pines Country Club and enjoys helping people feel better every day. They have a son Jack who was born in June of 2013.
Bill is fortunate enough to be a Top Producing Agent at Dunes Real Estate and greatly enjoys helping his clients accomplish their goals. He operates on a philosophy of educating his clients on their options rather than "selling them" on a property.
