Over the past 25+ years, having worked primarily for Fortune 500 and semi-custom new home builders in Denver CO, Charlotte NC, and Wilmington, NC, Bill has helped hundreds of families navigate the building, buying, and closing process. Bill is licensed in both North and South Carolina and is a certified SRES®, Seniors Real Estate Specialist. While he enjoys working with people of all ages, he has a keen desire in working with clients seeking out the 55+ active adult lifestyle. He spent the last 3+ years working onsite for Del Webb Wilmington at the Riverlights Community where he helped nearly 50 families find the home and lifestyle of their dreams.
Bill strongly believes in the power of real estate as an investment, and understands mortgage financing and the moving process, as he has personally purchased, renovated, and sold ten homes. He is currently living in his 11th home on Barnard’s Creek in Wilmington NC with his wife Sharon and their two rescue dogs.
Bill enjoys spending time at the beach, reading good books, and grilling out with family and friends.
Bill equally loves giving back to his community and a portion of every one of his sales is donated to his favorite charity “Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard” food bank.
