My name is Bill Lasar and I've been a Licensed Texas Realtor for the past 16+years. .My areas of specialty are in the Houston area covering the cities of Cypress, Houston, Katy, Magnolia, Spring, The Woodlands, and Tomball. In addition, over the last 30 years, from time to time I invested in real estate, built homes, small apartments and rehabbed/flipped condos & houses.This background has given me a rounded experience to help my clients buy and sell a wide range of properties. As a Realtor I've helped my clients sell their properties after another agent failed, helped many buyers find their dream homes and assisted investors buy & sell properties and maximize their ROI. My goal is to make my client's real estate transactions as effortless as possible with me acting as their agent and guiding them through each step of the process. It's not complicated but my helping hand will always be there with follow ups and prompt responses to all concerns and questions. Plus, my extensive negotiating experience will be targeted to get the highest price possible for my seller's homes and the lowest price for my buyer's purchases.
