Bill provided the highest level of service, speed and expertise when we needed to buy a home. We were moving from Chicago and spent months communicating by email and phone and he always remembered to check in and see if there was anything he could do to help. Bill knows the area well and is well versed in both new construction and existing homes. He's also not afraid to deliver news you don't want to hear – like you're going to need a contingency-free offer if you want to buy a home in this red-hot market. When we finally came to Nashville to look at homes, Bill got us in to see every home and has a great team, especially Garrett. Bill even wrote up our winning offer while he was out of town on vacation. Even after we bought our home, Bill has been a valued partner helping us find local businesses for repairs, lock changes and all our other needs. Ever person he has referred us to has been amazing and also delivered a high level of service. If we ever had to sell this home, we would chose Bill due to his integrity, commitment and high level of service.

I had a rental fall through and he has gone above and beyond to help me, including sending me a bunch of rentals to choose from. I’m moving into one of those rentals. Living in California with a goal of investing in Tennessee could be quite difficult given the distance in between, however, Bull Lurwick made the process easy! He hustled all around middle Tennessee to show us numerous properties via Facebook, FaceTime, etc. What was important to us was that he was honest with us and told us that the homes were a no go. In the real estate market we were looking in homes were selling very quickly. When a house that interested us came on the market, it was imperative to get in and see it immediately. We went through a very intense few weeks where a new property that looked like it could be "the one" came on the market seemingly everyday. And every time one did, we would have to run and see it right away before it went under contract. That meant a lot of work on very short notice for Bill. Through it all, Bill worked very hard for us and was always quick to act on our behalf. He was flexible and accommodating and very helpful! What do you want in a realtor? Someone to help you locate the dream home? Someone to help you negotiate artfully for the dream home? Make sure that when your offer is accepted you are getting the exact home you hoped for, and there are no major issues with building? Make sure closing goes smooth? Answers your questions day and night very quickly? How about being there for you after you already moved in to your new house, not making you feel like he was only there for the commission and then going MIA?

What, you want ALL those things??? Well then you really don't have much of a choice in Middle TN than Bill Lurwick. Knowledgable, friendly, easy going, caring, and pretty much any other adjective you can possibly apply to your new friend and realtor. My wife and I could not have had a better first home buying experience. He was able to get us into see a house that dropped into our price range in a very hot neighborhood in Franklin before the new price was even published.
