In 2015 he was once again the #1 Agent for homes sold in the Eastern half of Malibu, a title he has held for over 20 years.

How Bill Fell in Love With Malibu
Born in Texas, Bill spent most of his childhood in Panama, Central America. His father was a Colonel in the U.S. Army and as a result, Bill had a lot of practice moving while growing up. After college, Bill moved to El Paso, Texas where he met his wife, Cindy. In 1990, Bill, Cindy and their two sons moved to Malibu and in 1999 they bought and completed the remodel of their home on Malibu Road, where they are avid beach enthusiasts. Bill specializes in beach living since he and his family enjoy boating, kayaking, surfing, scuba diving, rock climbing and hiking.
