Bill Roose

Bill brings over 15 years of both domestic & international sales experience into the commercial real estate field. Over the past 6 years Bill has developed a solid foundation of corporate clients. He has successfully guided these local, national and multi-national clients with their commercial real estate acquisitions, lease obligations & site selections. His specific area of expertise are identifying new markets for clients, relocating in already established markets, commercial property management and financial structuring.

Bill studied Business Administration and received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida. Also as a true Floridian growing up right here in Tampa he possesses a tremendous amount of local awareness as well as friends and contacts in the community.

In addition to these local ties Bill is also a member of the International Council of Shopping centers. Coupled together these ties help him in the management and re-tenanting of shopping centers and retail space throughout Florida.
