I am extremely pleased in the job that Bill did. I am active duty military and had moved several states away prior to listing my home. Bill was there at the home for all maintenance personnel, estimates that needed to be done, repair services and insured the lawn was kept nice and the house was secure. Without an agent like Bill, this home selling process would not have worked as smoothly as it did while I was living 600 miles away. I highly recommend using Bill as your agent as he will treat you like family and make sure everything is taken care of.

Bill was very helpful to me, while not my agent, he represented the sellers in a recent purchase. We needed some paperwork settled for a complicated problem to settle almost 3 months post sale for an escrow repair item,, and he responded right away. The old cliche "words cannot express" annoyingly applies here :-) BUT I"M GOING TO TRY!

I'm in NJ and had to handle probate for someone in FL. This also was very emotional for me...Bill contacted me via his resource(s), personally with a hand-written letter. I was so lucky that he did because I knew nobody that could help or to call! That was 18+ months ago.

I have never had such an experience when selling/buying a home or car or anything else that can compare to Bill's obvious knowledge, experience, dedication and true, sincere personal care of his clients.

I understand customer care. I understand how great customer care can effect people regardless of "product" involved. Bill is not involved with customer care. Bill is an elite-level realtor that EMBODIES customer care.
