Bill Simmons didn’t just enter real estate — he grew up in it. His journey began in 1982, fixing up homes for a REO investor, where he caught the real estate bug that would define his career.
Over the years, Bill built his own companies — BGE Properties, LLC for acquisitions and flips, and Simmons Properties for managing rentals. He’s owned everything from single-family homes to four-plexes and flipped countless properties along the way.
In 2018, as he looked to slow down and simplify life, Bill earned his real estate license to help others achieve their goals with the knowledge he gained through decades of experience. Licensed in Nebraska and Iowa, Bill specializes in both residential and commercial real estate. As a Residential Investment Specialist and REALTOR®, he’s dedicated to helping clients with all their property needs.
