Perhaps his strongest skills are that of a seasoned negotiator, having guided numerous satisfied clients successfully thru the sales and purchase process, as well as his marketing degree from the University of Florida to market and sell listed properties.

Prior to earning his Real Estate license and joining Hart to Hart Real Estate, he excelled for over 15 years in retail management. Bill also worked for 10 years in the automotive industry. Bill is married to his lovely wife Evelynne, and they have 2 grown boys Avery and Andrew.
