Bill Tait

Bill Tait was born and raised in Livingston County, MI and, with the exception of a number of years in the Virgin Islands, has lived here his entire life.

He has spent most of his working life in a customer service capacity including vehicle sales, mortgage banking, bartending and sales with Johnson Controls which puts him at a big advantage in helping people realize their real estate goals.

Having studied computer science in college, he enjoys all kinds of technology-based hobbies in his free time. Anything from writing software or programming Arduino and Raspberry Pi single board computers to designing products in CAD and bringing them to life through 3D printing.

Bill entered the real estate industry because he enjoys meeting new people, helping others and being his own boss. With his experience and people skills it was a perfect match!
