Bill has lived in the Truckee/Tahoe area for most of his life and like his mother is equally enthralled with the outdoor lifestyle. A natural athlete who played competitive tennis throughout high school and college he has spent over 24 years as a well respected tennis coach. His entrepreneurial spirit let him to join his mother in the real estate business, where he continues to coach and help people find their dream home, and to sell their property when the time comes.

Working with Bill was an amazing experience. He is knowledgeable about the area and is honest and transparent on value. We loved that he checked the site, ran the contract amazingly, looked at location for sun and everything we did not know about buying in Lake Tahoe. We took on a fixer since the had a contacts to work with. What Bill brings to the table is what I call the BILL force multiplier. Any impossible task like getting insurance, a pest inspection or anything really... he just makes it happen. He also works to address any concerns or issues in a wonderful way. I can’t recommend Bill more! He is the go to Realtor for me! Love working with him and look forward to in the future.
