When I was looking to purchase in the Wellton area. I had met and went on a few viewings with 2 other Realtors. But when I tried to call them back with questions about other properties. I wouldn’t hear back. I was not impressed.
Then someone told me about Billie. I called her and we met, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. She knew the area so well. Had an answer to all my questions. And she always stayed in touch. She would reply to calls or texts very quickly.
She was so professional as we were going through the closing process, she was right there to walk me through all the steps. She made the whole thing so easy.
And now after my purchase, she has been a wealth of information and very helpful in getting set up in the area.
I can’t imagine there is a better person to contact in Wellton or Yuma if you are looking to purchase a home.

I have bought two properties with Billie Ward through Realty Executives, Yuma's Elite Group. The best decision I have ever made. Billie was undoubtedly the most conscientious, thorough, honest and exacting professional I have worked with in a long time. She goes the extra mile to ensure the transaction is handled in the best possible manner. The level of service she provides is beyond what one would expect from a Real Estate agent. What words can I convey to express my feelings about Ms. Billie Ward? She took a run-down house worth maybe 65K, took on the task of renovating the house, UP FRONT, and then proceeded to sell it for over 120K. Outstanding!!! I would recommend her to ANYONE at ANYTIME! Should we be in need of purchasing another home in the area, Billie Ward will be our first choice. Did I mention she did all this on her own while we were in a different State! Very Professional and kept us in the loop throughout the process. Thank you Billie!

Billie is the REAL DEAL !!!
We looked at a few others. They were all saying to price around $180-190K.
Billie said no - price at $215K.
She was 100% correct. House sold within a week at full price !
Then like most/all house deals, there always seem to be some hiccups. Billie made sure everything followed thru and the deal got closed. We could not have had as good of a result without her.
We are very glad we choose Billie as our listing agent.
