Billkaiser has been living in Los Angeles for most of his life. He is no stranger to the major changes this sprawling metropolis has undergone. Billkaiser was raised here with an extensive knowledge of neighborhoods throughout the region including Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Glendale, Altadena, Pasadena, and throughout the San Gabriel Valley. Initially, Billkaiser was attracted to the film and television industry, as it was an integral fabric of Los Angeles. He was taken immediately and sought to pursue an education in film at California State University Northridge, where Billkaiser graduated in film and television visual arts. He worked for a boutique advertising company negotiating with clients with their brand, marketing and content. Billkaiser transitioned to real estate because doing what he did in advertising, looking at the media and working closely with clients, he figured he wanted to do that himself. He wanted to help others differently, by guiding clients achieve their real estate goals. To him, the entertainment industry is about capturing the attention of the audience, giving them an experience that is meant to be seamlessly lasting and enjoyable. To Billkaiser, the real estate industry is a similar experience, offering only the best services to his clients.
Billkaiser has always had an active lifestyle. He enjoys pushing his body by running with his run club, playing basketball with his team, and daily sessions at the gym. During his free time, Billkaiser also cultivates his mind by reading books daily and watching movies. Having a focused mind and peak performing body, Billkaiser believes that it will allow him to stay grounded and do his best job.
