Billy-Jo isn’t just a realtor, she is a friend to every family she meets. She has helped me search for 2 of my homes over the past 15 years as well as my mother’s new home. She fights hard with integrity!!! She even helped me pick out paint colors for my first home…bet your Realtor doesn’t do that!!!!! Only BILLY-JO!!!!

We know Bill-Jo for over five years already. She is the agent helped us to purchase our first house in 2017. She is very patient, professional, and responsive. Always put customers as the first priority. Our first house hunting lasted for three months and looked over 20 houses. Billy-Jo is always very helpful during the whole process. She often pointed out hidden quality issues that can be ignored easily. We eventually are able to identify and purchase a house very close to our dream house. We can never expect to get a better one within our budget, and we are never able to do that without Billy-Jo. Later on we moved to Boston due to job change. We decided to keep this house as we love it so much. Billy-Jo is now helping us to manage our house for over three years already. We really enjoy working together with her. She has our full trust and we really appreciate her services. We would like to give our highest recommendation for Billy-Jo.

I have had the pleasure of working with Billy Jo for many years. We met one day while she was showing a house my husband and I stopped to check out. She helped us navigate being first time home buyers.
After we settled in our first home we recommend her to various friends and family who also had great support from Billy Jo.
Fast forward years.. she helped us sell our first home when we relocated 1000 miles away. We had issues with the out of state realtor and Billy Jo actually helped us connect with another realtor who helped us settle on our second home in another state.

I can list countless things that she has went above and beyond on.. but in the end it was the reliability and honesty that stands out the most. I strongly recommend using Billy Jo for your realtor needs. If I ever return to the region.. she is the first person we are calling.
