I honestly can’t say enough good things about our positive experience with Billy Rosener! He was so understanding, patient & kind through the entire process of finding our first home! His professionalism & knowledge far surpassed anyone else we had worked with before meeting him. I’m forever grateful for the time, miles, effort & pep talks he have gave us along our journey. Everything happens for a reason & I am so glad that we ended up with him. He lived on the other side of town but every home we wanted to see, he always said “no problem, I’ll book a showing & see you guys soon” & when we found THE ONE, it was much further out & on a Sunday & he still said “no problem, I’m on my way.” We will forever be grateful & always recommend Billy to everyone we know.
