Billy Swanzer

Billy was born and raised in Northeast Ohio (Wakeman). After graduating from Firelands High School, he attended the University of Toledo, where he received his Bachelor's in Business Administration, with a focus in Human Resource Management. After college, he moved down to Florida for six years, working in the Food & Beverage/Hospitality industry. In December of 2015, he moved back to Ohio, received his Real Estate License within a few months, and has been a full-time Realtor ever since. Their office is located in Amherst, and he is willing to travel at least an hour away to help his past, present, and future clients. In his five+ years of experience, he has listed and sold many different types of real estate, including single-family residential homes, multi-family homes, vacant land, and commercial office buildings. He is more than happy to help anyone who is thinking about buying or selling real estate, or anyone who has questions and/or would like to know more about the real estate market.
