I could not speak more highly of Chelsea Maguire. I have had a challenging search and Chelsea’s attention to detail and follow up has been second to none. Due to a relocation at my job I have had 1 month to relocate from CT to the Eastern PA area. Knowing nothing about the area having only been to Philly twice in my life. Only had videos and pictures. Reached out via Zillow and found Chelsea. She went above and beyond to make the transition comfortable. Finding us a perfect townhome. Our story is a little unique in the fact that we actually didn’t have plans to move until next year but decided to visit an open house one day and wanted to put in an offer. We didn’t have a realtor or mortgage broker and thought it could never be possible. We reached out to Binnie and she was magic. Within 24hrs we placed an offer on a home and got our pre approval through connections that Binnie has established. She’s extremely professional and just gets things done! We also worked very closely with Erin who is on top of everything and so organized. Both Binnie and Erin would respond in minutes with any crazy question we had. We’ve gone through the buying/selling process before and it was nothing like this. From the start everything was so easy and never thought such an overwhelming process could go so smoothly.

Binnie’s team, along with Monica Palatano in mortgage were fantastic to work with. We found a new home the day before an open house and 2 days before all offers had to be in. The price was right for us and Binnie’s team was able to submit all necessary paperwork in time to meet the deadline. The sellers accepted our offer. To make everything work, we had to sell our current house. She got us a cash offer, way over asking with no inspection. From start to finish, there was constant clear communication with everyone. They worked through a holiday and responded to us at night in order to make all of this work. We couldn’t be more happy with how smoothly everything went. We recommend Binnie to anyone looking for a professional, thorough and smooth home buying/selling experience.

I was advised to get Binnie Bianco's Team to list my house with + I doubt that I could have done any better with anyone else. Through their advice I received a lot more than asking for my house (as is) + paid less than asking for the condo I purchased. Binnie's Team was right there through the whole process advising me, answering + explaining any questions I had. That's very important since there is so much to know + go through in the buying + selling process. They offered businesses to help get work done on my house needed for the sale. They also organized appointments to my schedule when needed and there are a lot of appointments to get through in the process. We were interested in purchasing a new construction home and Binnie helped us throughout the entire process, from finding a builder, landing on a lot, building the home and settlement. She proposed options, worked with our builder and was an advocate for us. Binnie was fantastic. I initially listed with another realtor, who though experienced, didn't have a good feel for my house or my neighborhood. She wanted to list the house in the low $400,000s, based upon the neighborhood, but did not seem to consider all the upgrades. When the listing contract ended, I contacted Binnie.
She came out the next day, and was warm and professional and I felt comfortable immediately. She had her amazing photographer out the following day, and then put it on the market. I had almost a dozen showings the first six days and had multiple offers. She sold it in less than a week and got almost $60,000 more than when I listed with the first agent.
I cannot saw enough positive things about Binnie and her team.

We are from our of state and he had a prompt response to our interest and offered to do a FaceTime tour of the place. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Binnie Bianco and the support of her team members. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Binnie, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest and hands-on (she is there every step of the way!), and she really helped to take the pressure off of us.

We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Binnie walked us through every step of the negotiations, therefore getting us an amazing purchase price. It was all thanks to Binnie for always being available, making us her top priority, and keeping us in the loop every step of the way. Her hard work paid off, if it wasn't for Binnie being persistent and giving us advice from knowing the area we would of lost our dream house. I got in touch with Binnie after a year of trying to sell my house with another agent. Looking at all of the reviews and noting her knowledge of the Conshohocken market specifically, I decided to move forward with Binnie as my agent. After one open house and 10 days on the market, we received a full price offer for the home.

It started with pricing the house correctly for the location. We did have to drop the price from the previous asking price, but she gave me plenty of data supporting that number. She offered tips (minor touch-ups) to get the house in good condition for showings. She hired a great photographer to really show off the space, which included a video shot from some impressive angles.

During the negotiation process, she was very helpful providing advice from her years of experience and promptly getting back in touch whenever anything came up.

Binnie was awesome!! After we decided to list the house, Binnie came and helped us explain how to stage the house and place furniture/artwork. Within a week of contacting her the house was on the market and two days later we had a full price offer. Binnie took care of all the negotiations during the inspection process and we could not have asked for a better negotiator to have on our side.
