Bisendra Melaram

Bisendra is a second generation Real Estate Professional- Licensed in the State of New York, and was admitted to the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR) and the Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR) in 2003; and has been a full-time practitioner since. Bisendra enjoys working with both first-time homebuyers and Seller clients relocating to and from the 5 Boroughs and Long Island. He has educated hundreds of first-time home buyers, individually and through First-time Home buyer seminars/workshops through HUD (Housing and Urban Development) approved counseling agencies. Bisendra has earned many designations, certifications and accolades at the local, state and national level.
