BITA AZIZI

Bita has lived in the bay area for the past 26 years. Her husband and her bought their first home in Berkeley about 24 years ago and ever since they have lived, loved, and enjoyed being part of Berkley/Oakland community. She received her BFA from University of California Berkeley. She is a painter and mother of two, and Tara our beautiful jack Russell terrier who passed away 3years ago. Now they included an adorable little Maltese named Lulu, to our family. Bita has been involved at the PTA at Thousand Oaks school in Berkeley. Their kids have been at the Berkeley Public school system since early age, now she has her son at Berkeley high, (IHS) program and her daughter is at the king middle school.

Bita started working as realtor first at then Prudential (now BHG Mason McDuffie); she has experienced the tough time of 2006 and 2007, and later during the 2008 and 2009 when most homes lost their values. She has always enjoyed collaborating with the buyers in their search for their first home or at times when they became the sellers and wanted to move to a larger home. She does her best to get the top dollar for her Seller/investors in today's Market.
Over the past few years, Bita has collaborated with sellers to make the process of selling their home with the approval of their lenders, less stressful and more successful.
