BJ Rodgers

BJ was born & raised in Charleston, SC. She was South Carolina’s first female game warden and still loves working with rural property to this day. She was married to the late US Navy officer Jim Rodgers and together they have six beautiful daughters & stepdaughters.

Being a small business owner of Greenery Gallery, an interior plant service shop, for many years she knows that business can be a daunting task, just like buying or selling a home can be. From there BJ found her final career in Real Estate. She wants to take “daunting” out of your experience.

BJ has experience in investment property, first-hand experience with military families, and prides herself on understanding real estate in the Lowcountry and establishing lasting relationships with her clients for years to come.
