Blair was so helpful in finding the perfect house. He was very good about hearing all our pros and cons from each house we saw in order to know how to progress in the search. He explained the process and gave us good suggestions in how to secure a place and look appealing to the sellers!
He was also very patient and accommodating as we took our 6 and 2 year old to almost every showing. He was gentle and kind with them helping to keep them controlled in other peoples homes.
I would highly recommend Blair to anyone looking for a place in Northern Delaware! We were very pleased with his processional service!

Blair was awesome while helping us to sell a rental property. Appraisal and repairs were done while we were on vacation. We first worked with Blair a number of years ago when we were looking to relocate to Delaware from PA. He was very professional, personable, industry knowledgeable, and really listened to our needs. He spent 4 or 5 weekends taking us to various houses in the area. As it turned out, we decided not to move but when it came time to sell my mom's house, we knew right away who we would call.. Blair. When i reached out, he was happy to hear from us and immediately came out to talk with us. We shared our questions, and concerns and listened intently to his advice. Within 3 days the house was sold, "as is", for more than our asking price. Blair handled everything and was with us through the entire process.
