About Blair

Six years ago, after many visits to the Coachella Valley - in particular Palm Springs - my wife and
I purchased a mid-century condo as a vacation getaway. Our condo swiftly transitioned into a
successful vacation rental, which then led to the formation of a co-hosting and concierge
service. We now handle all aspects of the vacation experience; from branding, promotion,
interior design, and day-to-day operations for over 20 mid-century homes and condos.
Buying our first Palm Springs home was thrilling for us, and we feel lucky to now live here full-
time.

My background as a singer-songwriter in a touring band means I have spent time in many
cities. Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley possess a rare magic. The natural beauty, thriving arts scene, residents offer a blend of excitement and relaxation. The easy accessibility to Los Angeles and San Diego, as well as towns like Idyllwild and Lake Arrowheads are added benefits. I look forward to sharing my enthusiasm and knowledge of the Coachella Valley and its real estate market with both clients looking for that perfect home, and sellers looking to sell profitably.
