Blair is exactly who we needed. We're a young couple with a budget and Blair worked it well. He steered us clear of some tempting risks, and landed us in a house that reminds us both of our childhood homes, with even more gardening potential than we were hoping for! Blair's ability to get a last minute inspection, on a Saturday no less, put us over the top for our dream starter home, and was reflective of his mastery of the process at large. He really knows ways to help make your offer competitive. You can trust Blair to help you navigate this crazy process, and he has the local knowledge/connections to get you where you are trying to go. He definitely was fun to work with, he took the time to get to know us and our needs.

My husband and I have known Blair for years, and have had cause to check with him regarding market conditions from time to time. My husband and I are in the process of closing on our first home, and Blair has honestly been a godsend.

We came to the process a little more naïve than we should have, and Blair has gone above and beyond to help us through all of the paperwork, back-and-forth, negotiations, etc. He’s been a fantastic agent for us to work with, but I can’t speak highly enough to the extra mile(s) he has gone for us: making inspection and home loan recommendations, bringing music to the appraisal, helping us measure out square footage, thinking through design options as we toured homes—it’s all these little things we didn’t even think about that have made such a huge difference for us.

Throughout this entire process, I’ve been so confident knowing that Blair has had our best interest in mind, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or work with him again.
