Blair has been around real estate professionals her entire life so coming into this business felt like second nature to her. She became a Realtor with Rose and Womble Realty right after college (in 2005) where she received a Business Management Degree at Radford University. In 2022 she joined eXp Realty, the fastest growing international real estate company. No matter where I’m the world you are moving to, Blair has the resources to help you!
Being in this business since 2005, Blair has developed many connections. She knows painters, electricians, heating and air guys, kitchen remodelers…you name it, she knows someone…and if she doesn’t, she will find them for you!
She also gives back to the local community by volunteering with the VA Beach Rescue Squad. She enjoys helping people and strives to make people’s lives better. The best parts of her job is seeing her clients happy at the end of a transaction and when they refer her to their family and friends. That is the biggest compliment she can receive. She is very proud to say that the majority of her business comes from past clients and their referrals.
Although Blair works mainly in the Virginia Beach area, she gladly takes on business all around Hampton Roads. She is dedicated to providing superior services and tries to go above and beyond for her clients.
