As an Alabama native and DC transplant, Blake brings his hard work, enthusiasm, and southern charm to the booming DC Real Estate Market. Licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C, Blake brings an extensive market knowledge to all his clients. Blake brings to Sotheby's International Realty an extensive knowledge of high-end condominiums and new luxury homes from his former work with McWilliams Ballard, which lead the Washington, DC market in new luxury builds. Along with joining SIR, Blake has proudly partnered with the Paul Pike Group. With 25+ years of combined experience, the Paul Pike Group has listed & sold single family homes and condominiums in all price ranges in virtually every neighborhood throughout DC and Maryland suburbs.

With bachelor degrees in Psychology and Philosophy and Masters work in Counseling Psychology, Blake holds a unique advantage while working with and for his clients in a very intimate way. When Blake is not working, he enjoys playing classical piano, writing music, and playing tennis. He also enjoys traveling to South America to work in orphanages and build homes with Habitat for Humanity.
