Blake Ladika and I worked together while I was looking to buy a home. It was a wonderful experience. He asked may questions and helped me discover what I NEEDED in a home. We ended up looking well below my budget because it put me in a better financial position. I also realized while working with Blake that a condo would be a better choice because I love to travel and spend time with friends and family. Throughout the whole process, Blake took the time to talk to me. He recognized I am a real person and not just a paycheck. I can't thank Blake enough for empowering me as a first time home buyer. When I'm ready to look for my next home; I already know who I will call.

I want to say that Blake was an Angel for our family my wife and daughter went to an open house that it was way over our limit but, you know (women, women) yet, there he was (Blake) I did not meet him at the time but my 2 lovely women said to me that he could help to look for the right house for us, I was skeptical about the situation yet, when I finally met him and talked to him I knew he was the one, very professional, polite, with a lot of patience, always in touch, always communicating and, after like 20 houses " Voila " there it was our dream house.... Thanks Blake for all you've done ..

Blake is awesome!, he has helped my family find our first home even through the heart break of being out bidded, or our offers not being accepted we finally found our home for our 3 children!, He's taken time to text and call us every step of the way, even while on vacation! Thank you for everything!, we wouldn't have found it with out your help. If you're looking for one of the best realtors out there Blake is it! Id give 10 stars if it would let me!

Blake was new in the real estate world when we got introduced to him. My wife and I were thinking about selling our home due to family growth so we wanted to see our options knowing the market. As expected, hiccups came along with all parties involved but the ultimate goal was achieved. Blake did everything in his power to always make time to show us houses or even come over until midnight going over things with us. He truly went above and beyond what a realtor should do or be. We were shown probably 30 plus house all over multiple cities. At the end of the selling and buying, blakes growth was incredible and im sire he will have a bright and successful future in real estate.

Blake, thank you for being patient and understanding with us. There was a lot going on in a lot of different directions. But ultimately, we sold our first home and got our family home. Thank you again.
