Blake Martini is a principal at Martini Company Real Estate, where he is primarily responsible for origination, underwriting, and seller representation. Blake has successfully brokered residential, multi-family and commercial properties. Additionally, Blake has managed extensive rehabilitation and renovation projects.
Prior to joining Martini Company Real Estate, Blake worked at Waypoint Real Estate Group "WREG", a real estate private equity firm where he managed all fund activities. During his tenure, he closed a $500MM refinancing of a nationwide single family rental portfolio. Additionally, Blake played critical roles in the disposition of multiple funds, comprising thousands of assets, and valued over $900MM. Prior to WREG, Blake held operations roles at Waypoint Homes, Inc., a publicly traded REIT. Prior to Waypoint, Blake worked as a consultant at Navigant Consulting, performing valuations, damages analyses, and expert report writing related to intellectual property litigation.
Blake holds Bachelors of Science degrees in Finance and Economics from Santa Clara University.
