Blake Shaffer

Blake joined Bennett Williams after graduating from Shippensburg University with a Bachelor’s Degree. Upon joining the retail team as the group’s data and research coordinator, Blake’s primary responsibility was to compile Real Estate Committee packages for several of the teams’ national retailers, as well as develop and maintain the company’s databases, mapping, and demographic platforms.

Currently, Blake is a licensed leasing agent, providing assistance to other seasoned leasing agents. He is responsible for maintaining and building local and regional relationships and assisting in the efforts of leasing dozens of retail properties across Central Pa, both anchored and un-anchored, which includes some of the industry’s largest Shopping Center Owners like, Kimco Realty, Shopcore and VEREIT.

Blake is an active member of ICSC and attends all Northeast conventions and networking events every year. In 2017, Blake also joined the Retail Brokers Network. The Retail Brokers Network has over 65 independent commercial retail real estate offices providing their local expertise to retailers, developers, and investors within the United States.
