Blanca Chavoya

Bianca has lived in Pacific Palisades for the past 25 years. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker/Pacific Palisades in 2005, she worked at UCLA's Human Resources Department and the Chancellor’s Office. With extensive experience living and working in the Westside region, Bianca offers a wealth of knowledge on the surrounding areas, including Santa Monica, Brentwood, Marina Del Rey, Playa Vista, Malibu, Beverly Hills, and West Los Angeles, as well as parts of the LA Valley, to clients buying, selling, or leasing.
